Qrankr is a free interview-preparation resource. It has 900+ real interview questions, each explained from both sides — why an interviewer asks it and how to answer it well — plus tools to practice and to build interviews.

Two audiences. Job seekers preparing for interviews, and interviewers or hiring managers who want to run sharper, more consistent, competency-based interviews.

It's completely free, and there's no signup. You don't create an account or give us your name or email. Your bookmarks, saved questions, guides, and practice progress are stored privately in your own browser.

Questions are curated and AI-assisted, then quality-reviewed. They reflect the kinds of questions commonly asked in real interviews across many skills and roles. Treat the guidance as a strong starting point and adapt it to your own situation.

Kits are curated question sets for a specific role or situation — for example Software Engineer, Behavioral Essentials, Skilled Trades, Sales, or Healthcare. They're a focused way to prepare for one kind of interview.

Each question is tagged easy, medium, or hard (how tricky it is to answer well) and with how often that type of question comes up in interviews. You can sort and filter the question list by both.

Questions are ranked by community signal, seeded from historical engagement so the board isn't empty. You can upvote or downvote questions to influence the order.

Yes — tap Save on any question, then find them all on the Saved page. Saved questions live on your current device since there's no account.

On every question you can switch perspective. Candidate view shows why the question is asked and how to answer it. Interviewer view shows what the question assesses, signs of a strong answer (green flags), warning signs (red flags), and good follow-up questions. Your choice is remembered as you browse.

Practice Mode lets you drill a kit or skill one question at a time: read the question, answer it in your head or out loud, reveal the guidance, then self-rate Got it or Needs review. It tracks your progress and can re-quiz the ones you flagged.

Inside Practice Mode, after you reveal the guidance you can type your own answer and get AI feedback — a score out of 10 with specific strengths, improvements, and one key tip. Your answer is sent to an AI model to generate the feedback, so please don't include sensitive personal information. There's a limit of 10 free reviews per day.

No. We don't store the answers you submit for AI feedback. See the Privacy Policy for details.

It lets interviewers assemble a custom interview: search and add questions, reorder them, and name the guide. Then export a clean, printable guide that includes what each question assesses, green and red flags, follow-ups, and space for notes and ratings.

Open Preview & Print from the builder, then use your browser's Print dialog and choose “Save as PDF.” The printed version hides the site navigation and prints in a clean, readable layout.

As little as possible. No accounts, no names or emails. Your preferences and saved items stay in your browser. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.

Not currently. Because there's no account, your saved questions, guides, and progress are tied to the browser and device you used. Use the same browser to see them again.

Yes to both. Toggle light/dark with the sun/moon button in the header (it follows your system setting by default), and the whole site is built to work on phones and tablets.
